Greetings!. Im freelance artist/graphic designer that is living somewhere in bohemia. Most of my time at the moment is spent working on an alternative culture magazine style website so im pretty much on the computer all day at the present time, although i do plan on getting back into painting and drawing as soon as i find a suitable muse to inspire me to get off my backside and do some non computer generated art. I am obviously passionate about art and design, cult films and alternate music, and i also like to play a bit of tennis to keep the sloth demons at bay. It would be nice to meet someone who is creative too, although it's not essential, as long as you dont mind me making a bit of a mess occasionally. Im actually in the process of organising a group of creative aficionado's together to work on writing for the website, so if your into art, music or film then perhaps you might want to write something sometime?, as long as it's alternative and not mainstream. My favourite food is Italian, although to be fair ill eat most things (apart from baked beans), and i do enjoy pigging out in front of a good movie, my current food of choice is nachos, cheese, jalapeno's et al.

I'm not really good at typing about myself, with the limited space, so where to start? I am really pretty open and honest about how I feel, what made me feel the way I feel, and that candor has provided me with the best group of friends a person could ask for. I'm generally considered the life of the party (although I am pretty quiet and reserved for the most part...I don't get it, but I accept it!!), as I am, fun-loving, and I know how to have a good time and be a good friend. I have been nicknamed Mr. Reliable as I am always there for anybody in a time of need. I love being outdoors in the warm weather, playing sports, hiking, biking, chilling by a fire at night drinking some good beer and appreciating all that is going on around me. I'm a huge Cubs fan, so anytime I can catch a game is a great time for me!! In the winter, I prefer to be indoors, and become more of a sports spectator. I love watching the Bulls, Hawks, and Bears ans well as going out a lot to hang out with my friends. I also love to veg out on the couch and enjoy a good video game or movie marathon when not much else is going on. I work full-time as an engineer in LaGrange, IL. The type of person I am looking for is somebody that has similar interests as I do and is also looking for someone just to hang out with and have a good time, and potentially fall in love someday. I have no specific requirements of anybody, except that they are genuine, honest, and know how to treat people with kindness and respect. I've never been on a dating website until very recently, and I notice that it is hard going out and saying that I am depressed and expecting any responses, so I though I would try here. I do hope to date and fall in love someday because to me, love is the be all end all, would lift my spirits to a new high, and without it, there really is nothing else.
